State Health Relations Associate
Joshua Eisner joined Penn State’s Office of Government and Community Relations in July 2017 as the State Health Relations Association for Penn State Health. Serving in various capacities in Harrisburg, Josh brings an understanding of the state legislative and executive processes as well as several years of government relations experience.
Most recently, Josh served as the Government Relations Associate for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, where he assisted with the legislative and policy operations and worked with county government officials to advocate before the Pennsylvania General Assembly. He also served as an Associate with a statewide government relations firm, Greenlee Partners, representing client interests across multiple industries and sectors before state government officials and staff.
Josh is a two-time graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
Josh is a native to Harrisburg, PA, and currently resides in Paxtang Borough. He serves as a board member on the Bishop McDevitt High School Board of Directors, and also serves on the Finance Council for the Harrisburg Catholic Elementary School.
