Kate comes to Penn State Health from the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) where she most recently served as the Senior Director of Compliance Support. Prior to HAP, Kate worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst for Lancaster General Health, Penn Medicine. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty member of Elizabethtown College and Pennsylvania College of Health Science where she teaches in the undergraduate and graduate healthcare programs.

Kate earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry University, a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law and a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University. She brings with her an extensive background in healthcare compliance and regulatory matters. She has a proven track record of success working closely with state regulatory agencies to resolve complex health facility issues.

She is native of Wyomissing, PA and currently resides in Carlisle with her husband Jarrod and their two kids.
